University of Manitoba Competition

One of three finalists, teamed with Toronto design firm DTAH. Submitted for an international competition, this was a long-term development plan focusing on efficient land use, sustainable development and the creation of a lively urban environment.

In partnership with Graham Construction and Lakeview Developments, the design for this downtown lot included a boutique hotel, condominiums, grocery store, parking, and other services.

This waterfront campus for training in traditional and tourist-related skills was designed honouring Indigenous building forms.

A proposed mixed-use development on a busy thoroughfare. Residential units were set in a quiet zone behind commercial structures that were designed around a central courtyard.

The library was designed as a crossover gateway from a train station into the city.

Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal Competition

As one of the five finalists, the design of this 200-million-dollar project including a concert hall, theatres, recital halls, and more than 500,000 square feet of office space.
